  1. When you upgrade

    Start the new package

    Pay the new package price and begin a new 12-month term from the upgrade date. There is no separate upgrade fee.

  2. After 12 months

    Stay flexible or recommit

    Continue rolling monthly at the prevailing price, or recommit for 12 months and receive 5% off.

  3. At the next anniversary

    Build loyalty to 10%

    Keep rolling with 5%, or recommit again to receive 10% off. The maximum loyalty discount is 10%.

How do I know which package I need?

Tell us what you already have, where the gaps are and what would help now. We’ll recommend the most useful starting package.

Does each package include the one before it?

Yes. The packages are cumulative, so every level keeps the capability below it and adds more.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time as your needs develop, with no separate upgrade or setup fee.

What happens to my contract when I upgrade?

Your new package price starts and a new 12-month minimum term begins from the upgrade date. Your overall customer tenure and earned loyalty discount remain.

Are there setup fees?

There is no separate standard setup fee. The initial design, build and setup are included in your monthly package.

What happens after 12 months?

You can continue rolling monthly at the prevailing price or recommit for 12 months to receive 5% off. Recommitting at the next anniversary can increase that to 10%.

Can I add things that aren’t in my package?

Yes. Add-ons are defined recurring services such as business email, branding, phone or WhatsApp. Bolt-Ons are flexible pieces of work such as campaigns, copywriting, integrations or automation.
